activities

Practicing physical exercise in nature and "connecting with the earth" is a way to enhance sensory experiences, as when we are in contact with Nature, we increase the release of serotonin in the brain, the hormone that improves mood and happiness.

Are you joining?

HATHA YOGA

HATHA YOGA uses physical techniques to preserve and channel the life force or energy. The word haṭha literally means "force", referring to the system of physical techniques (known as asanas) that generate physical and mental serenity. In classical Hatha Yoga, which aims to prepare the body for meditation, the focus is on maintaining static postures for a period of time to align the mind and body, connecting with controlled breathing.

YIN YANG YOGA

YIN YANG YOGA encompasses the two key elements of Taoism, two interdependent and opposing forces that refer to everything that exists in the universe. Its origin lies in Chinese medicine, which suggests balancing the excess yang of our days with equivalent doses of yin. This can be achieved through the practice of or restorative yoga. In classes, we balance these energies: we start with a few quiet minutes to focus attention on individual presence, move into dynamic sequences at a more yang moment, and gradually slow down to finish with a very yin relaxation to counterbalance previous tension.

FLOW YOGA

Yoga Flow is a type of yoga where you move between poses fluidly, connecting with the breath. There is a more aerobic part, which helps release any negative emotions, to let go of emotional and mental burdens as well as physical pain. Yoga Flow, like any type of yoga, is the union of mind, body, and spirit. The connection with yourself, with God/Universe. In addition, Elisabeth adds her particular vision and experience to her classes, using channeling and sacred Egyptian oils for energy healing. A transformative experience that will leave no one indifferent.

pilates

It aims to strengthen the body and mind from the deepest to the most superficial parts, increasing and uniting dynamism and muscle strength with mental control, relaxation, and breathing. By strengthening the core muscles, the Pilates method aligns the body, improves posture, and joint mobility. It increases and tones muscles to achieve functional fitness. Thanks to its exercises focusing on body and muscle awareness, Pilates helps improve proper posture to alleviate back, lumbar, or cervical pain.
